Warranty Policy

At Urban Timepiece Group, we are committed to providing our customers with authentic, high-quality designer watches. All watches purchased from our store come with a 2-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Each brand has specific terms and exemptions, as outlined below:

DKNY

DKNY watches are guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. Repairs or replacement will be provided free of charge at an authorized DKNY service center. Replacement may be with the same style or a style of comparable value. This warranty does not cover the battery, strap, bracelet, crystal, or crown, nor does it cover damage resulting from normal wear, scratches, lack of care, accidents, or misuse. Any alteration, service, or repair performed by anyone other than an authorized DKNY service center voids the warranty. Watches not purchased from an authorized dealer with a valid warranty card are not covered. Incidental, consequential, or special damages are expressly excluded, and implied warranties beyond those stated are not included.

Roberto Cavalli

Roberto Cavalli watches come with a warranty valid for two years starting from the date of purchase, provided the certificate is signed and dated by an authorized Roberto Cavalli by Franck Muller retailer. This warranty does not cover normal wear or tear and will not apply to any adjustments or work performed by anyone other than an authorized retailer. We recommend taking your watch to an official Roberto Cavalli by Franck Muller retailer every three years for servicing. Batteries in quartz movements should be replaced every two years.

Just Cavalli

Just Cavalli watches are warranted for two full years from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Repairs or replacement will be provided with the same style or a style of comparable value if repair is not feasible. This warranty does not cover the battery, case wear, or strap or bracelet wear. Just Cavalli is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, and the maximum recovery under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price.

Calibre

Calibre watches are warranted to the original owner to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for two years from the date of purchase. Repairs or replacements of defects will be provided free of charge at an authorized Calibre service center. The warranty does not cover bands, crystals, or buckles. Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repair is not covered. Proof of purchase from an authorized retailer is required for the warranty to be honored.

This warranty is valid only for products purchased from Urban Timepiece Group or an authorized retailer, applies only to the original purchaser, and is non-transferable. It is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
